Brame Studio
Redesigning a SaaS gamification platform — from a complex legacy tool to a scalable campaign builder used by brands across Europe.

My Role
Lead Product Designer — responsible for the full redesign of Brame Studio and Brame 2.0. I drove design strategy, built and maintained the design system, mentored junior designers, and worked directly with leadership to align design with business goals.
The Challenge
Brame's existing platform was powerful but complex — new users struggled to create their first campaign without support. The UI had accumulated years of feature debt with no coherent system behind it.


What I Did
Platform Redesign
Led the full redesign of Brame Studio and Brame 2.0 — simplifying the campaign creation flow and modernising the visual language.
Design System
Built a robust design system from scratch: typography, colour palettes, icons, layout structures, and reusable components for complex workflows.
Onboarding Optimisation
Introduced guided wizards that reduced campaign creation time by 40% for first-time users — one of the highest-impact changes shipped.
Multilingual Support
Designed the translations UI enabling campaigns in 6+ languages — English, German, Italian, Greek, Serbian, and Romanian.
Modular Campaign Templates
Created seasonal templates (Black Friday, Christmas) and evergreen campaigns, enabling rapid deployment across industries.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Worked closely with PMs, engineers, and customer success. Designed client demo prototypes that improved sales conversion rates.
Evolution
From a bare-bones editor in September 2022 to a full-featured platform by October 2023 — each iteration adding depth, structure, and polish.

A scalable gamification platform that enterprise brands across Europe use to launch seasonal and evergreen campaigns — without needing a designer or developer to do it.
